Compatible with many existing installations, the actuator is built of heavy construction with superior cooling to inhibit motor overheating under heavy load conditions. All gearing is steel, and self-lubricating. The end fitting can be rotated to accommodate various heights to the tiller.
The complete actuator includes a mounting bracket and deck-pin, a 5' cable with a 3-pin male Bulgin connector. Ready to go.
Any equipment on a cruising boat should be repairable underway, and while we don't think you will ever need it, we also offer a replacement actuator for use as a spare.
The replacement actuator ships without the mounting bracket, deck-pin and Bulgin connector. An inexpensive spare in the event you need it.
